My approach
Each client is unique and has a path to health and wellness that is specific. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to find the most effective and best suited for each individual and situation. Health and wellness is at our essential core; but there are a variety of things which can block or distort our wellness like attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, negative thought patterns, old survival strategies, conditioning and fear.
